After 72 hours, cancellations are subject to a restocking fee, depending on the production status:

If your custom jewelry is already in production or completed, 30% of the order amount will be deducted to cover material and admin costs.

Note: We do not profit from cancellation fees—they simply cover materials, labor, packaging, and platform fees already incurred.

At Lumivra, we stand behind our craftsmanship. We offer a 90-day limited warranty covering:

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs

Theft or total loss of the product
If the issue is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong item, defect on arrival), we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is caused by customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
