We want you to love your Lumivra piece. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a 30-day easy return policy.

📩 Please contact us first at: service@lumivragems.com before returning any items. We will provide detailed return instructions to ensure smooth processing.

💰 A refund will be issued minus shipping and applicable restocking fees.

🧾 Restocking Fees & Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 72 hours of purchase at no charge.

  • After 72 hours, cancellations are subject to a restocking fee, depending on the production status:

    • If your custom jewelry is already in production or completed, 30% of the order amount will be deducted to cover material and admin costs.

Note: We do not profit from cancellation fees—they simply cover materials, labor, packaging, and platform fees already incurred.

🔁 Return Conditions

  • Please do not send back any items without contacting us first.

  • 📷 Clear photos of the item must be provided before initiating a return.

  • Items must be unused, with no visible signs of wear, damage, or alterations.

  • Non-returnable items include:

    • Customized or engraved jewelry

    • Full eternity rings

    • Items damaged after delivery

  • Refunds are typically processed within 3 business days after our team receives and inspects the returned item.

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

🛠 Warranty & Repairs

At Lumivra, we stand behind our craftsmanship. We offer a 90-day limited warranty covering:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Free resizing (up to 1 size up or down)

  • Complimentary repair of minor issues within the warranty period

⚠️ Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., bent prongs, lost stones)

  • Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, water, or cosmetics

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs

  • Theft or total loss of the product

If the issue is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong item, defect on arrival), we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is caused by customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

📝 Jewelry Care Reminder

Even the finest jewelry needs care. Rings in particular are exposed to frequent stress. Over time, prongs and other settings may require maintenance. Regular inspections and gentle use can help preserve your jewelry for years to come.
